Yes, it finally happened. We were trying to get out of the house to head up to the family cabin in Leland Creek about 2 1/2 hours away, when Joe and I were doing our checklist of last minute things we needed to put in the car. The kids were in their carseats and all we needed to do was lock the house. I did it a little prematurely and suddenly we both looked at each other in disbelief. We were locked out!!! Why do these things always happen when you're in a rush??!!!
Thankfully, we were able to get the tiniest bathroom window open.
Here's my 6'4", 215 pound husband fitting through that tiny window...
