The next morning we were picked up by our tour guide and taken to our first stop of the day, Vinapu, to see some of the Moa'i platforms dating back to 1200 AD. You can see one of the heads that has fallen next to the wall...
Had to give Luke Kate's glasses to keep him entertained... color coordinated nicely with his choice in flower, I thought :)
Jake just needed to find a stick and he was completely happy

Apparently they think that this was one of the bodies of a female statue...Hmmm... didn't catch why, but there aren't very many of them on the island!!!
